Debtors of Yugra bank have begun to go bankrupt in large quantities

The large companies which have run into debt to the Yugra bank of nearly 270 billion rubles which has lost the license a year ago have in large quantities begun procedures of bankruptcy and elimination. As reports to RBC with reference to the document of the Central Bank, a set of the organizations which haven't satisfied debts in Yugra have started extreme measures that as it is possible to reduce stronger "probability of return of means to bank as to the creditor". In the letter of the first deputy chairman of the Bank of Russia Sergey Shvetsov to the head of the State Duma Committee on the financial markets Anatoly Aksakov of October 3 it is noted that concerning 29 companies which have owed to Yugra about 145 billion rubles bankruptcy or elimination is already begun. 85 more companies which total amount of a debt is about 125,5 billion rubles can be included in the list. Contractors of these debtors have expressed the intention to make claims for bankruptcy. We will remind that in July, 2017 the Central Bank has entered in Yugra bank temporary administration because of an unstable financial position and existence of threat to the interests of creditors and investors.
