The court refused to arrest the deputy of the State Duma accused of a bribe

The Leninsky court of Yekaterinburg rejected the petition of the investigation for arrest of the deputy of the State Duma from party of Just Russia Vadim Belousov who was detained for a bribe more than in 3 billion rubles. The resolution of court will take legal effect in three days if it is not appealed by the parties. The lawyer of the deputy noted that the State Office of Public Prosecutor asked the State Duma to remove from the deputy inviolability only regarding initiation of legal proceedings, and "the question of a possibility of arrest of Belousov was not raised". The only restriction operating now towards the deputy is the ban on departure from Russia, Interfax notes.
