The former owners of Novokuznetsk Municipal Bank have refused to pay 3,3 billion rubles

The former director of bankrupt Novokuznetsk bank and its father have challenged the judgment about compensation of 3,3 billion rubles of losses of the organization. The ex-director of Novokuznetsk Municipal Bank Alexander Pavlov and his father Sergey Pavlov have challenged the ruling of arbitration court of the Kemerovo region about compensation of 3,3 billion rubles of losses of JSC Novokuznetsk Municipal Bank as the former controlling persons of bank, transfers "Avant-Partner". Alexander Pavlov was found on August 15 guilty of abuse of authority and waste of the entrusted property in especially large size and sentenced to nine years of imprisonment. Now the businessman is in the pre-trial detention center. As for the father, he is in federal search since March 14, 2016 that hasn't prevented to submit the appeal. According to the edition, on behalf of ex-bankers the Kemerovo lawyer board by proxy works.
