The head of Kuzbass Sergey Tsivilev has refused the deputy mandate

The elected governor of the Kemerovo region Sergey Tsivilev has refused the mandate in Council of People's Deputies of the Kemerovo region. The deputy governor on interaction with local governments Alexey Sinitsyn has reported about such decision of the head of the region. – He [Tsivilev] has refused obtaining the mandate because he has won governor's elections. His mandate has departed to the leader of territorial group Irina Ganiyeva, – Sinitsyn has reported. Tsivilev has won elections of the governor of the Kemerovo region, having collected 81,29% of votes. The head of Kuzbass moved forward at elections from United Russia, without being a party member.
