The head of the Audit Chamber has told how to reduce poverty in Russia

The chairman of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation Alexey Kudrin called a way of decrease in poverty in the country. Kudrin has said that GDP growth up to 3,5% will allow to reduce poverty level in Russia by 30% in six years, TASS reports. He has noted that he considers exigeant plans of the government to reduce poverty by 50%. The head of the Audit Chamber has reported that the appropriate program is already submitted to the president. He has added that it will be difficult to authorities to distribute resources so that to realize the purpose on reduction of number of needy citizens half.
