The owner of the burned-down Lame Horse club was released ahead of schedule

The former co-owner of the Perm club "Lame Horse", where 156 people have died in the fire, was released before term. The co-owner of the burned-down Lame Horse club Anatoli Zack ahead of schedule was released on September 4 from corrective labor colony No. 11 in Chelyabinsk. As it is reported in the published materials of the Kopeisk city court, the petition for decrease in term under the law "day for one and a half" has arrived for consideration on August 6, is satisfied on August 22, and on September 4 has come into force. We will remind, the tragedy has happened in night club in the night of December 5, 2009. Because of violation of the rules of use of pyrotechnics, fire and construction norms an institution has lit up. 156 people have died in the fire and a crush, more than 60 have got the most severe burns. In April, 2013 Anatoli Zack was found guilty of commission of crime, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "The rendering the services which aren't conforming to safety requirements, entailed the death of two and more persons, made by a group of persons by previous concert" provided by the p. 3 of Art. 238.
