The State Duma will limit issuance of credits to Russians

The State Duma of the Russian Federation has started development of the bill which will lower credit load of Russians. Deputies plan to forbid banks to issue loans if the client spends as a result for repayment of a debt more than 50% of income of family. The Izvestia newspaper with reference to the State Duma Financial Market Committee reports about it. According to authors of amendments, changes will help to protect citizens from debt obligations which they aren't able to execute. Experts have assumed that the initiative can also induce Russians to use services of "black" creditors. They have added that in case of violation of the rules responsible it is necessary to make not only banks, but also borrowers.
