The swimmer Markov brought to Russia the 17th medal at the junior Olympic Games in Buenos Aires

The Russian swimmer Daniil Markov won a silver medal in a final heat at a distance of 50 meters freestyle on Youth Olympic Games (OI) in Buenos Aires. The Russian took the second place with result 22,37 seconds. It was bypassed by the Italian athlete Thomas Chekkon (22,33). Egyptian Abdelrakhman Samekh got the third place (22,43). As notes TASS, Markov brought to the Russian team the 17th medal at these games. In total on the account of the Russian athletes 13 gold, three silver and one bronze awards.
